NUUSBRIEF VRYSTELLING KSA WES KAAP OORDE KOMITEE Op Woensdagaand, 21ste Oktober 2009, is ‘n nuwe komitee in die lewe geroep by name die Karavaan Klub van Suid Afrika, Wes Kaap Oorde Komitee, wat sal resorteer onder die huidige Provinsiale Komitee, met dieselfde magte as die laasgenoemde. Die komitee bestaan uit verteenwoordiging van al 6 die Wes Kaapse streke se Hoofsaamtrekbeamptes en hulle Voorsitters, asook die Nasionale Uitvoerende Komiteelid: KSA Wes Kaap Provinsie, Riaan van Zyl en Provinsiale Sekretaresse, Ilse van Zyl. Tydens hierdie geleentheid is Marius Opperman van Tygerbergstreek aangewys as die Voorsitter van hierdie komitee en Ilse van Zyl as Sekretaresse. Die hoof doel van die komitee sal wees om die KSA graderings van oorde in die Wes Kaap op standaard te bring gegrond op die riglyne alreeds daargestel deur KSA en tweedens om onderhandelinge met die oorde op Provinsiale vlak voort te sit en sodoende hierdie funksie te verwyder van streek vlak, wat sal beteken dat KSA Wes Kaap sal beding vir tariewe namens al die streke en nie individuele streke nie, wat weer prysverlagings en beter prys strukturerings tot gevolg kan hê vir al die streke. Hierdie komitee poog ook dan om KSA Wes Kaap meer media blootstelling te gee deur middel van die gedrukte media en sodoende sal al die streke hieruit ook voordeel trek. Lede sal voortdurend op hoogte gehou word van die werksaamhede en vordering van hierdie komitee deur middel van nuusbriewe en Voorsittersvergaderings tydens saamtrekke of welke wyse ookal elke individuele streek sou besluit. NEWSLETTER RELEASE CCSA WESTERN CAPE PARKS COMMITTEE At a meeting held on Wednesday 21st October 2009 a new committee was formed, namely the Caravan Club of South Africa, Western Cape Parks Committee, which will resort under the existing Provincial Committee and have the same powers as the aforementioned. The committee is represented by the Chief Rally Marshals and Chairmen of each of the 6 regions in the Western Cape as well as the National Executive Committee Member: CCSA Western Cape Province, Riaan van Zyl and the Provincial Secretary, Ilse van Zyl. At this meeting Marius Opperman from Tygerberg Region was elected Chairperson of this committee and Ilse van Zyl as Secretary. The main purpose of the committee will be to standardise the grading of the Western Cape parks according to the CCSA standards and guidelines that already exists. The second function of the committee would be to negotiate rates and rate structures with all the parks on behalf of the regions. This would mean that the regions would not be negotiating rates and rate structures with the parks any longer, but that the new committee would take this function over to negotiate better rates and rate structures for all CCSA Western Cape regions based on numbers. The committee will also endeavour to positively expose CCSA Western Cape more frequently to the printed media and in this way market our goals and objectives to the public. Members will be kept informed of this committee’s progress on a regular basis via newsletters and Chairmen’s meetings during weekend rallies or whichever way the individual regions see fit. |
